Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • The incorrect product was delivered to you.
  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
  • The product has the incorrect size or specifications (where this differs from what was ordered).

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery by emailing shop@tiltscreens.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be:

  • Undamaged and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Safely and securely packaged for return shipping

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are for the customer's account unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged product delivered).

Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the return conditions above.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom and made-to-order products manufactured to your specifications are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly made.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placement, by written notice to shop@tiltscreens.co.za. A cancellation fee of 15% applies to cover processing and materials costs. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours as production will have commenced.
