Welcome to Tilt Shop. TILT Screens (Pty) Ltd trading as Tilt Shop and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following Terms & Conditions. If you visit or shop on this website, you accept these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your device. 5. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We take care to ensure that product descriptions and prices on this site are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Products are made to order. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to differences in monitor calibration and material batch variation.
6. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation email from us.
Payment is processed securely via Payfast Payments. We do not store your card details.
7. Shipping & Returns
Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for full details on lead times, delivery, returns, and cancellations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilt Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tilt Shop, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our site or services, or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
