Lead Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 15–20 working days for production before dispatch. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
We offer the following shipping rates within South Africa:

Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days to major centres and 3–7 working days to outlying areas, depending on the courier.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been collected by the courier.
Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at shop@tiltscreens.co.za with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
